People do not understand Trump. He will give you a chance. And when you don't make the deal, he will keep taking that chance away until you don't have any left.
He asked people here illegally to self-deport. He said he will pay for the flight. He said he will give you the ticket. He said if you leave on your own, you keep a chance to come back the legal way. Through CBP Home, that offer is a free one-way ticket home, an exit bonus, and the fines wiped. The warning that came with it was plain: don't take it, and it is arrest, detention, deportation, and no way back.
That is who is on this video. Idris Makhmudov, A243151206, is the man named on screen. The text next to him says detained 27 months, no crime. He is a Kazakh-born Russian. He showed up at the Nogales port of entry on July 13, 2024, asked to be let in, and has been held at the Folkston D. Ray James ICE Processing Center in Georgia ever since. That facility is run by GEO Group for ICE. He calls himself a political prisoner. He filed in federal court for a bond hearing. The court threw it out on September 28, 2026.
The other men on camera are in the same place. They say they fled, they say bonds are not being granted, and they say the only doors left are parole, bond, or a habeas case. Aiub Umarov, held 27 months, said, "We asked the United States for help, and we're being treated in the most horrific way." Alexey Kovalko and Alexander Borovkov wrote that the food is moldy, the water smells, and they have gone more than two years with no dental care. Liang Sonji, from China, has been detained since he asked for asylum in October 2023. Advocates say at least 73 men at Folkston started a hunger strike this week.
That is the part people skip. The chance was the ticket and the way home. They didn't take it. Now the chance is detention, and it keeps getting smaller until there is none left.
