U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers arrested 131 suspected gang members who were in the country illegally between Oct. 4 and Oct. 10, the Department of Homeland Security told Fox News Digital. DHS said 22 were affiliated with MS-13 and 13 with Tren de Aragua. ICE has now made 12,018 gang-related arrests since President Donald Trump returned to office in 2025.
“In less than a week, the brave patriots of ICE have arrested more than 100 gang members across the country, including members of MS-13 and Tren de Aragua,” Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin said.
In Las Vegas, officers arrested Gustavo Adolfo Flores-Ramirez, a Salvadoran national DHS identified as an MS-13 member. He is wanted in El Salvador for aggravated homicide, aggravated femicide and rape of a minor or incapacitated person. DHS said he was deported to Mexico after a 2021 arrest and later re-entered illegally, a felony.
In Tallahassee, Florida, agents arrested Jose Luis Perez-Arrias, a Venezuelan national DHS described as a suspected Tren de Aragua hitman. DHS said Border Patrol caught and released him after he crossed illegally in October 2023.
In Washington, D.C., ICE detained Emerson Jossiel Calderon-Hernandez, a suspected MS-13 member from El Salvador who entered illegally in 2012. His arrest record includes attempted first-degree murder, armed robbery and false imprisonment.
In Denver, officers arrested a 14-year-old Venezuelan tied to Los Piratas, a Tren de Aragua faction. DHS said he was illegally carrying a Glock 48 pistol and faces charges including attempted first-degree murder and kidnapping.
Mullin credited Trump’s leadership for the crackdown: “Arresting and deporting illegal aliens, especially gang members, is how we make America safe again.”
