President Donald Trump has shared a fiery declaration from musician Kid Rock, reaffirming the message that America should remain "one nation under God" — and never "One Nation Under Mohammed."
"We will NEVER be 'One Nation Under Mohammed'… Because we ARE — and we always will be — one nation under GOD!" Kid Rock declared in the message Trump shared.
The statement, posted to the president's social media, reignited the debate over faith, national identity, and the country's founding values. Trump has been leaning hard into the faith-and-identity fight in recent days. At his Tennessee rally, he told the crowd he would keep calling Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed "Mohammad" no matter the backlash — "I'm the President, I can call him whatever the hell I want" — while vowing to take Michigan personally and warning that "this time illegal votes will be prosecuted."
Kid Rock, a longtime Trump ally who has performed at his rallies and appeared alongside him at the White House, framed the declaration as a defense of the faith and values he believes helped shape the nation.
