Columbus, Ohio — One woman dead, one recovering after Gibbard Avenue shooting; man charged with murder
Two women were shot around 7:37 a.m. on Nov. 4 in the 800 block of Gibbard Avenue in the Milo-Grogan neighborhood; one died and one is recovering. Christian Dashawn Houchins, 34, was arrested, charged with murder and arraigned Nov. 5; he had an active bench warrant.
