Kumarrion Owens, 21, of Danville was shot and killed on Nov. 2 in the 500 block of W. Woodbury. Kenneth A. Nance, 58, was arrested Nov. 2 and arraigned Nov. 4 on first-degree murder, attempted murder and felon-in-possession charges, pleading not guilty.
