KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI, USA — Man Shot Dead, Two Men Wounded in Penn Valley Park; No Arrests

A man was shot and killed and two other men were wounded in a shooting in Penn Valley Park, near 29th Street and Penn Valley Drive in Kansas City, Missouri, at about 1:15 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, 2026. Officers found the first man with several gunshot wounds, and he died at a hospital. Two more men with gunshot wounds were found at the scene. Police have not named the victims or any suspect, and no one is in custody.
